Mechanical Project Manager – London SSA are currently working with a leading M&E company to find a Mechanical Project Engineer to oversee all Mechanical aspects of their projects. Key responsibilities Manage the project lifecycle oversee costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc Reviewing contracts and producing proposals, technical submittals, and developing drawings with the CAD team. Work with estimating, commercial & contract teams. Attending weekly progress meetings and client meetings while acting as a company representative. Maintaining project KPI’s and trackers. Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed manage site staff and Sub-contractors Financially responsible for projects Ideal Candidate: Mechanical Industry Experience. Previous Large Scale project experience Relevant Degree or qualifications. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Mechanical Project Manager working within the M&E Building Services sector The candidate will receive a highly competitive salary plus package and strong progression opportunities
