About the Role
The client is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working alongside senior commercial staff and project teams, the successful candidate will assist in managing project costs, procurement, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans
- Supporting procurement and tender processes for subcontractor packages
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Monitoring project costs and supporting financial control
