SSA Recruitment are a leading Construction Recruitment Company with the head office in London and a number of global offices in Canada, US, Ireland, UAE & Australia. We pride ourselves in building close relationships with clients and delivering on their needs.

We are now looking for an exceptionally motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our London office, with an already warm desk it is an exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter who is looking to make their mark on the sector with real training & support for senior management of the business.

With our core values of Integrity, Cohesion & Passion we are offering a very real and current opportunity for somebody who is either an experienced Senior Recruiter or a Recruiter looking to make the step up and the right candidate will be given all the training & support needed to develop and build a team under them. We pride ourselves in our staff retention rate and ensure we treat all individuals equally and provide them all the training & resource needed to ensure success.

The position:

  • Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
  • Advertising and handling the response
  • Meeting with candidates & clients
  • Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
  • Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
  • Attending networking events
