SSA are currently working with a leading mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation contractor, delivering complex engineering projects across Europe. Due to expansion in London, we’re currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle of a major data centre project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for data centre projects
  • Administer contracts (NEC/JCT) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or M&E contracting
