SSA are currently working with a leading mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation contractor, delivering complex engineering projects across Europe. Due to expansion in London, we’re currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle of a major data centre project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for data centre projects
- Administer contracts (NEC/JCT) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or M&E contracting
- Strong knowledge of data centre or mission-critical projects (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
