At SSA we’re currently working with a thriving customer-focused building services provider delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical and maintenance solutions across the UK. Due to expansion, they’re currently looking for an experienced commercial manager joining their leadership team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all commercial activities across projects and service contracts.
  • Oversee contract administration including NEC/JCT, variations, valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
  • Monitor project profitability, cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Support tender submissions, pricing, bid documentation and commercial risk assessments.
  • Identify commercial risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior QS or similar role within MEP, Building Services, Construction or Facilities Services.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
