About the client
Iβm currently working with a growing and well-established groundworks and civil engineering contractor operating across the UK, delivering projects within the residential and infrastructure sectors. They are looking to bring on a Health & Safety Advisor to support their continued growth and maintain high safety standards across their sites.
About The Role
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture across all sites, aligned with a Zero Harm approach
- Ensure compliance with H&S policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Carry out site audits, inspections, and safety tours
- Manage reporting including incidents, KPIs, and audit findings
- Deliver toolbox talks, briefings, and support site teams
- Monitor performance, maintain systems, and support continuous improvement
Skills and Attributes
- NEBOSH General/ Construction
- Previous experience within the construction industry (not essential)
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Drive company ethos and standards as required
- Build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Full UK Driving License essential
