About the Role:
An opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a range of demolition and RC frame projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving high safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide H&S support across demolition and RC frame projects
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety tours
- Review and implement RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
- Support incident investigations and reporting
- Deliver toolbox talks and site inductions
- Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, temporary works, and work at height
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and HSE requirements
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in demolition, civil engineering, or RC frame construction
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and high-risk site activities
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
- Experience carrying out audits and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- IOSH membership (TechIOSH/GradIOSH)
- Experience on complex or inner-city projects
- Understanding of demolition sequencing and RC frame processes
