SSA are currently recruiting for a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering consultancy who specialise in heavy civils and utility works across the UK. The role will involve working across various AMP8 water projects, covering clean and wastewater infrastructure, deep drainage, excavations, tunnelling, shafts, sewers, and other works.
The role will involve preparing and checking detailed designs (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments etc); providing technical information and proposing alternative solutions; liaising with customers, suppliers, clients, and other third parties; and undertaking reviews of defects, method statements, and compensation events amongst other duties.
They are able to offer an excellent training and development programme on top of a competitive salary and package. The role will be within a hybrid working pattern.
Essential:- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- UK experience in design engineering within civils, rail or utility works
