SSA are currently working with a leading building services contractor based in Billericay, Essex, specialising in residential and commercial projects. We are currently searching for an Operations Manager overseeing the day-to-day running of the projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, teams are well coordinated, clients are satisfied, and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, and contractual standards.
- Implement and refine operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor workflow, scheduling, and job allocation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager (property services, FM, maintenance, construction, or similar).
