The Role
You will coordinate engineering delivery across complex earthworks packages, ensuring technical compliance, buildability, and efficient sequencing.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing engineering documentation, QA, and technical assurance
- Reviewing designs, temporary works, and method statements
- Leading inspections and ensuring compliance with HS2 standards
- Coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and client teams
- Supporting programme development, risk management, and reporting
- Providing technical guidance to Site Engineers
Requirements
- Strong civil engineering background on major civils projects
- Experience managing engineering delivery for earthworks or structures
- Solid understanding of temporary works and geotechnical interfaces
- Strong stakeholder management skills
