SSA are currently working with a leading London building services contractor specialising in Design and Installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems for large-scale commercial projects. Due to expansion in the London team, we’re actively looking for a motivated assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as an assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction or consultancy
