SSA are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Water contractor in the delivery of their Thames Water framework, looking after Water Treatment & Pumping Station upgrade projects valued between £5m-£35m. This framework will be administered using NEC3 contracts and will see the successful Senior QS having commercial responsibility for the scheme; leading a small team, overseeing their works and also having primary involvement in:
- Subcontractor assessments & meetings
- Leading of CVR meetings
- Leading internal, client, & stakeholder commercial meetings
- Monthly reconciliations
- Final accounts
