SSA Recruitment are a leading Construction Recruitment Company with the head office in London and a number of global offices in Canada, US, Ireland, UAE & Australia. We pride ourselves in building close relationships with clients and delivering on their needs. We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our London office to lead our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) desk, on a very warm desk within one of our key sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter who is looking to make their mark on the sector with real training & support from senior management within the business.
With our core values of Integrity, Cohesion & Passion we are offering a very real and current opportunity for somebody who is either an experienced Senior Recruiter or a Recruiter looking to make the step up and the right candidate will be given all the training & support needed to develop and build a team under them. We treat all individuals equally and provide them all the training & resource needed to ensure success.
The position: Your daily routine would be hugely varied but the core duties would include:
- Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
- Advertising and handling the response
- Meeting with candidates & clients
- Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
- Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
- Attending networking events
