SSA have partnered up with a leading Civils construction company that are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join their Kettering Office. They specialize in:
- Infrastructure
- Highways & S278 (including road improvement and related works)
- Industrial & Commercial projects
- Flood Defence
- Bridges & Structures
They are looking for you to assist in their current-upcoming projects in the North West in which they are the main contractor.
Requirements:
- Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3+ years\’ experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial reporting tools
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
This company provides hybrid working as your will be allowed a minimum of two days a week working from home. They offer a competitive salary depending on experience as well as car allowance and other benefits.
