The position
Your daily routine will be varied, with core duties including
- Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
- Advertising and handling the response
- Meeting with candidates & clients
- Sourcing & presenting suitable candidate CVs for your client
- Negotiating employment offers and issuing contracts to candidates
- Attending networking events
