They are currently involved in utility-scale battery energy storage systems projects, wind-farms, substation, and data centre projects and are looking for someone with a background working within this environment to lead the design coordination for their complex civil works. Responsibilities will include: Taking ownership of design coordination from contract award through to project delivery & handoverEnsure designs are fully approved & compliant before the beginning of the construction programmeUndertaking design reviews for buildability, safety, and compliance to industry and company standardsRisk identification, management, and awarenessProviding clear direction and leadership to the wider design teamInvolved in the promotion of the use of BIM throughout the schemesStakeholder management during design development They are able to offer a platform for further learning, support for Chartership, progression opportunities with good performance and a highly competitive salary & package for the role. EssentialQualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent (HNC / HND / BSc / MSc / BEng / MEng etc)Design experience within similar projects
