SSA Recruitment are a leading Construction Recruitment Company with the head office in London and a number of global offices in Canada, US, Ireland, UAE & Australia. We pride ourselves in building close relationships with clients and delivering on their needs. We are now looking for an exceptionally motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our London office, with an already warm desk it is an exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter who is looking to make their mark on the sector with real training & support for senior management of the business.

The position: Your daily routine would be hugely varied but the core duties would include:

  • Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
  • Advertising and handling the response
  • Meeting with candidates & clients
  • Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
  • Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
  • Attending networking events
