You will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, supporting project teams and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget. About the client Our client is a specialist Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering technically demanding construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in operational performance, work closely with senior management and influence project delivery across the business. Key responsibilitiesOversee multiple M&E projects, ensuring delivery against programme, budget and quality requirements. Lead and support project managers, coordinating resources and monitoring performance. Review project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep works on track. Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs, variations and project profitability. Build strong relationships with clients, main contractors and supply chain partners. RequirementsProven experience in an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or senior project management role within M&E contracting. Strong track record delivering multiple mechanical and electrical projects. Good understanding of project programmes, commercial performance and resource planning. Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships. Relevant building services or engineering qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
