The successful candidate will supervise daily electrical installation activities, maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, productivity and programme compliance.
This position will work closely with project leadership, commercial, design, planning and supply-chain stakeholders, providing clear ownership of the role's key deliverables and helping the wider team achieve programme, quality, safety and financial objectives.
Supervise daily electrical installation activities and allocate labour effectively.
Monitor productivity, workmanship and progress against short-term targets.
Carry out inspections, complete quality records and manage defects or snagging.
Report progress, constraints and resource requirements to site management.
Support testing, commissioning and system handover. Proven supervisory experience within electrical installation or maintenance environments.
Good understanding of health and safety, quality inspections and productivity control.
Good understanding of construction health and safety, quality assurance and project controls.
Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to travel to and work from the London location as required.
