About the role: My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a Groundworks and RC frames project from planning through production and delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

About the responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication requirements
  • Coordinate across engineering, procurement, workshop, and site teams
  • Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and material logistics
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standards
  • Track costs, manage risks, and maintain project profitability
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients
  • Lead and supervise fabrication teams, project staff, and coordinators
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting skills growth and performance
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to procedures
  • Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement
