About the Client

Our client is an established M&E contractor delivering electrical building services projects across the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Project Manager.

About the Role

You will manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover, taking responsibility for programme, procurement, labour, technical coordination, commercial performance and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical projects from mobilisation to completion
  • Plan labour, materials, procurement and subcontractor requirements
  • Monitor progress, programme, cost and quality
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions
  • Lead client, site and coordination meetings
  • Manage RFIs, variations and design changes
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and records
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
