The role covers cost control, NEC/FIDIC contract administration, subcontract management, and change control for high‑intensity, fast‑track DC environments. You’ll work closely with project teams delivering earthworks, utilities, RC foundations, external yards, and critical infrastructure civils. ️ Key ResponsibilitiesCivils Cost Management — Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and cashflow for DC civils packages.Measurement & Take‑Off — Produce accurate measurement from drawings, BIM models, and specifications for earthworks, drainage, RC, utilities, and external works.Contract Administration — Administer NEC/FIDIC contracts, early warnings, CE/VO assessments, and
