- 85,000Email: Construction Manager – M&E SSA are recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager on behalf of a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering CAT A, CAT B, and Shell & Core projects.
You will oversee mechanical works on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring installations meet programme, quality, and Health & Safety requirements.Key responsibilitiesManage mechanical installations from mobilization through commissioning and handover.Coordinate subcontractors, site labour, materials, and equipment.Monitor progress against the programme and resolve installation issues.Review drawings and inspect works for compliance with specifications and quality standards.Maintain Health & Safety standards and coordinate with electrical and wider project teams.RequirementsExperience managing mechanical construction works within M&E contracting.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems.Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate site activities.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. xbpsjku Relevant mechanical qualification or equivalent trade experience, with appropriate site safety certification.
