SSA are recruiting a SHEQ Manager for a Manufacturing Company in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh. The role is a site-based and this is a full time, permanent position within the company.

Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality timber products to the Irish and UK markets, serving the construction, pallet, and fencing industries. Their diverse product range includes decking, timber frames, and engineered roof trusses for various applications.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead in maintaining and enhancing all Health, Safety and Environmental standards in operational delivery, ensuring all statutory requirements are met across the site.
- Oversee and review site performance.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist in the overall compilation of Health & Safety Documentation.
- Ensure that personnel are understanding of their duties and responsibilities.
- Actively participate in the promotion of health-related risks and on-site training.
- Delivery of HSE processes, procedures, standards and systems.
- Ensure that inspection records are maintained and preserved for all activities and plant equipment.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Relevant Health & Safety Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years manufacturing experience in heavy duty industry and 3+ years H&S experience ideally
- Excellent report writing and numerical skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication Skills
