You'll ideally bring: * Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC, Paid Search and Performance Max. * A sharp eye for ROAS, CPA, CPC and conversion optimisation. * Confidence with GA4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking. * Experience managing multiple campaigns and delivering results for clients. * A curious, commercially minded approach — someone who wants to do more than just maintain campaigns.
