We are hiring a highly organised Resource Manager / Traffic Manager to lead resource planning, workflow management, and studio scheduling within a fast-paced creative agency / design studio environment. This is a key operational role focused on project delivery, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation, ensuring all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at maximum efficiency. You will act as the central point across creative, design, client services, and freelance resource, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time.
