We are currently supporting a key client in securing 2x experienced Halo Consultants / ITSM Automation Specialists to support a major internal transformation programme centred around the rollout and optimisation of HaloPSA / HaloITSM. This is a contract opportunity paying £400–£450 per day (Outside IR35), offering a hybrid working model with approximately 2 days per month (or as required) onsite in Bedford.
This programme will focus on onboarding multiple business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing into Halo, meaning candidates will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimising end-to-end workflows that support a wide range of business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across these departments to understand requirements, map processes, and translate them into scalable, automated workflows within the platform.
To be successful in this role, candidates must bring strong Business Analysis experience, with the ability to gather and document requirements, map current vs future state processes, and drive structured delivery. You will also need excellent stakeholder engagement skills, as you will be working with both technical and non-technical teams to shape solutions and ensure adoption.
From a technical standpoint, experience in workflow configuration, automation design, and system integration is essential, particularly within Halo or similar ITSM/PSA platforms. Exposure to APIs, integrations, and cross-system data flows will be highly beneficial given the nature of the rollout across multiple business units.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-impact programme where you will have real ownership over workflow design and automation strategy, helping to embed Halo across the organisation and improve operational efficiency at scale.
