What You Will Get To Do
We are looking for a Director to join our Client Relationship Management team due to the department experiencing ongoing customer growth in the EMEA region.
You will be tasked with leading and managing client relationships within SS&C Fund Services EMEA, whilst ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and service excellence is at the forefront of your skill set.
Here is a snapshot of the key responsibilities for the position
- Develop and execute comprehensive client relationship strategies for key institutional clients in the EMEA region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters as needed.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for additional SS&C services, driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
- Conduct regular client reviews, service level agreement (SLA) assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, technology, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform client strategies and service offerings.
- Prepare and present client reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to both clients and senior management.
- Negotiate and oversee client contracts and service agreements, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to company policies.
- Work in a stand alone capacity within a high performing team where autonomous, independent working will be expected.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically with fund administration or asset management.
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with institutional clients in EMEA.
- Deep understanding of fund structures, investment products, and regulatory frameworks in the EMEA’s financial markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a detail‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically to meet with clients across the EMEA region.
