Job Description HEAD OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING \n \n SRVO • Hybrid - London \n \n ROLE OVERVIEW \n This is a rare opportunity to build something of your own. As Head of Structural Engineering, you will define the direction, standards and delivery model for a new structural engineering service line at SRVO, shaping everything from strategy and capability to systems and go-to-market positioning. \n You will join a growing multidisciplinary service provider and establish a high-performing Structural Engineering Division that complements our building surveying, project and consultancy services. n ROLE EXPECTATIONS \n You will split your time between leading technical delivery on key projects, developing methodology and QA frameworks, and building trusted client relationships that convert into sustainable revenue.
