Building Surveyor at SRVO

Location – Hybrid working – London / South

Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 0900 – 1730 Monday - Friday

Salary – Competitive

Job Description:

Join a rapidly growing property company at the forefront of the real estate market. The Building Surveyor is required to work as part of a team, under the direction of the Building Surveying Directors, to undertake in the delivery of core services offered by the company primarily within the residential market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice on building defects across the full range of property types and ages.
  • Preparing Preventative Planned Maintenance Reports and budget costs and advising clients on planned maintenance matters.
  • Preconstruction information pack review and oversee the RAMS review process in relation to project works under management and services installations.
  • Acting as Project Manager/Contract Administrator on projects ranging in value from £50k to £3m+.
  • Dependent on the size and complexity of each project you may work alone or lead a professional team.
  • Where appropriate, act in the Capacity of Principal Designer, including preparing PCI packs, review of CPP’s.
