Job Title: Production Coordinator Company Overview: Founded in the Spring of 2021, London based brand SRVC (Service) offers a distinctive take on women’s design and reimagines refinement with a hyper-futuristic edge. The brand addresses the needs of modern women, today and beyond exploring innovation and functionality, ensuring that everything we create is of service to the diverse female form. Addressing both community and the individual, our designs often incorporate an opportunity to ‘self-style’. Reconstructing and deconstructing pieces to create different silhouettes and looks allowing room for expansion on how our garments can sustain within an existing wardrobe as well as the multi faceted SRVC universe. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless execution of our production processes. Key Responsibilities: Fittings and Samples: Lead all production fittings, including production handover and PPS (Pre-Production Sample) fittings. Measure all samples and SMS (Salesman Samples) before sending to factories and PPS upon receipt to ensure quality. Provide detailed PPS comments to factories, ensuring clarity and follow-through. Production Coordination: Oversee the production critical path, coordinating with suppliers to ensure all deadlines are met. Communicate with graders regarding all production styles and adjust grading increments for complex designs as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive raw materials and production trackers for team-wide reference. Ensure care labels include accurate and complete information. Conduct garment risk assessments to mitigate potential production issues. Material Management: Order fabrics and trims required for production. Oversee fabric testing when necessary, especially for compliance with stockist requirements. Quality Assurance: Perform in-line production checks to ensure consistency and adherence to standards. Conduct quality control checks, measuring one sample per size and providing feedback to factories to maintain high standards. Shipping and Logistics: Manage the shipping of production orders for wholesale, private, and e-commerce customers. Liaise with external sales teams regarding wholesale shipping logistics. Coordinate logistics for all production-related components. Additional Duties: Support Shopify and e-commerce order tracking. Assist with customer service inquiries when required. Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of garment production processes, fittings, and quality control. Utilize Zedonk to manage production processes, including tracking inventory, creating purchase orders, and updating production status. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines. Proficient in creating and maintaining production tracking systems. Knowledge of fabric testing and compliance standards for stockists is a plus. Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal teams. Experience in logistics and shipping coordination preferred. This role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure smooth and high-quality production operations.
