We are seeking a Principal System Architect with a strong technical foundation in infrastructure and networks to help drive our next wave of innovation.
About the Role
You’ll lead the design of sophisticated infrastructure and network systems, turning customer and tender requirements into robust, scalable architecture solutions. From high- and low-level specifications to real-world deployments, you’ll help shape the technological core of our advanced maritime systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set infrastructure and network architecture technical direction and document detailed designs.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs.
- Ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and security in all architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the full lifecycle from proof-of-concept to live deployment.
- Provide architectural oversight and 3rd line support for live systems and customer solutions.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in IT infrastructure and network architecture.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of complex networks, disaster recovery, and system replication.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure implementation and vendor solution evaluation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
