As a Specialist Construction Products Recruiter, SRS Recruitment Solutions is working on behalf of a leading supplier of high-quality products and solutions for the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors who, due to continued growth, are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Combining innovative products with technical expertise and design support, the business operates across a wide range of applications, including housing, highways, drainage, tree protection and ground stabilisation, with a strong commitment to quality, customer service and environmental responsibility.
The Opportunity: Our Client's ambition is to deliver the market-leading digital customer experience, and you will play a huge part in contributing towards this by ensuring customers' and prospect's interactions via web and digital channels are positive ones. You will support the delivery of the digital marketing strategy through the management of websites, SEO, customer data, reporting, marketing systems and lead nurturing activities. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative Manager, Content Manager, the role will ensure customers receive a consistent digital experience while helping generate and qualify opportunities for the commercial team. The role is highly practical and hands‐on, combining website management, data analysis, SEO, marketing automation and digital campaign support. You will also work with and provide support to the wider marketing team.
- Website Management and Optimisation: Create, update and maintain content across multiple company websites using Drupal and WordPress. Ensure content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with brand guidelines. Support website development projects, testing and implementation of new functionality. Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Campaigns and Lead Generation: Create, update and maintain content across multiple company websites using Drupal and WordPress. Ensure content remains accurate, relevant and aligned with brand guidelines. Support website development projects, testing and implementation of new functionality. Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Digital Performance: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and performance metrics that provide clear visibility of marketing activity and results.
- Marketing Systems and Automation: Support the ongoing development, maintenance and optimisation of digital platforms including PIM, CRM, project management tools and bespoke systems. Support the integration and flow of information across multiple platforms to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Assist with customer segmentation, data management and marketing automation activities. Support the creation and maintenance of automated customer journeys and lead nurturing programmes.
- Marketing Operations: Provide general marketing support across the department. Make amendments to PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud. Prepare digital assets for campaigns, exhibitions and customer communications.
Candidate Requirements:
- Essential: Experience in a digital marketing, marketing executive or similar role. Experience using content management systems such as WordPress and/or Drupal. Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other digital reporting tools. Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices. Experience working with customer data, reporting and marketing systems. Very strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Experience using AI to optimise workflows.
- Desirable: Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Experience with workflow automation tools. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Experience managing website projects or working with web development agencies. Experience within a B2B environment.
