We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to join a well-established manufacturer of fixings and fastenings. This field-based role covers London and the South, with a strong focus on the rainscreen cladding and facade sector.

As the technical expert in the territory, you will build long-term relationships with architects, facade engineers, main contractors, and specialist cladding subcontractors, providing high-level specification support and on-site technical guidance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive sales growth of fixings, fastenings, and rainscreen cladding systems across London and the South.
  • Promote mechanical fixings, brackets, and support systems into the building envelope and rainscreen cladding sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Provide expert technical advice and solutions for facade and cladding projects.
  • Conduct CFA Pull Testing on site to validate fixing performance and support specifications.
  • Deliver technical presentations, CPD sessions, and value engineering proposals.
  • Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to secure project specifications and bids.
  • Identify and convert new project opportunities through proactive engagement.
