The integral aspect of their business is the ability to cater for a full package of construction works, from the inside - out.
The QA Facades professional will be responsible for ensuring that all façade systems—such as curtain walls, cladding, and glazing—meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Their duties include inspecting materials and installations, reviewing technical documents (like method statements and ITPs), coordinating with suppliers and contractors, conducting factory and on-site quality checks, and documenting non-conformities. They help maintain consistent build quality, safety, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Oversight: Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures throughout the facade installation process, from initial design to final handover.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor QA teams, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Inspection and Auditing: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify any quality issues or non-conformities.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions taken.

- Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, and ideally SSSTS/SMSTS (Site Supervisor/Site Manager Safety Training Scheme).
