Are you a commercially sharp, technically minded construction professional who loves turning complex enquiries into winning, profitable orders? We’re an innovative, fast-growing specialist roofing systems company supplying Tier 1 contractors, roofing specialists, and the solar industry with unique, problem-solving products — from fully waterproof riser penetrations to structural fixings that work.
We’re looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to own opportunities end-to-end. You’ll drive live projects through the pre-construction pipeline, work closely with our Technical Sales and Estimating teams, ensure technically robust and commercially viable solutions, negotiate deals, and close profitable business. You’ll become the trusted advisor our clients rely on before construction even begins.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll quickly build deep expertise in our specialist product range, with a structured six-month onboarding program designed to set you up for success. You’ll manage your own pipeline in our CRM, spot upsell opportunities and directly impact revenue and customer satisfaction.
On premises/WFH: This role requires full-time presence on premises.
- 40 hour week, 8 hour / day
- Office open 7am to 5pm
