SRS Recruitment are one of the UK’s leading Construction Product Recruiters, proud to be representing a leading Bespoke Joinery Manufacturer that is expanding its operations. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.
Reporting to: Managing Director
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the factory floor, ensuring every project runs safely, efficiently, and on time. The role is hands-on, working alongside the production team and supervising daily manufacturing activities. You will maintain control of production, ensuring every live project remains organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and supervise the daily workload across the factory
- Allocate work to production staff according to priorities
- Ensure production follows the agreed manufacturing process
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Monitor progress throughout the day
- Resolve production issues quickly and effectively
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience within bespoke joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of woodworking machinery and production processes
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings
