About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing operational strategies that support our growth ambitions, exceed customer expectations, and embed sustainability into everything we do. You’ll lead day-to-day operations while keeping a strategic eye on long-term objectives, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time. - Proven track record of achievement in volume manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success leading change and embedding continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma desirable).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, empower, and inspire.
- Resilient, adaptable, and driven, with the energy to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker, confident using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP experience is essential.
