You are not stepping into a reactive service role. You are stepping into an installed base focused service sales and advisory position, working directly with building owners, FM providers and operational teams within a global engineering business recognised for intelligent fluid flow and HVAC solutions.

This is not transactional aftermarket sales. Our client is a major manufacturer, established in 1934, is a global leader in Commercial HVAC Systems, intelligent fluid flow equipment and integrated building energy solutions. Its service business protects asset performance, improves reliability and extends lifecycle value, positioning Armstrong as a long-term service partner, not simply an equipment manufacturer. • Position the business as the preferred lifecycle service partner across the installed base

What Are They Looking For

  • Proven service or aftermarket sales experience within commercial HVAC, building services, pumps, rotating equipment or a closely aligned engineered environment
  • Strong technical understanding of hydronic HVAC, pumps, fluid flow, mechanical plant or controls is highly advantageous. Direct pump experience is desirable rather than essential
  • Clear understanding of service sales routes to market, installed base development and aftermarket value creation

  • Consultative, customer focused and commercially astute, with a talent for identifying problems and developing value-led solutions
  • Structured, self-motivated and confident operating independently in a field based regional role
  • Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management and forecasting capability

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Growth of service, parts, repair and retrofit revenue across the installed base
  • Conversion of service opportunities into profitable orders and long-term customer relationships
  • Quality and sustainability of the regional service sales pipeline
  • Accuracy of CRM reporting, forecasting and opportunity management
  • Strength of internal collaboration and customer relationships

  • Basic Salary: up to £70,000, with flexibility for standout experience
  • Bonus: 30% target bonus, uncapped, with accelerators for over performance
  • Car: £625 per month car allowance
  • Benefits: Full package including pension, phone, laptop and 25 days holiday
