This position sits within a specialist Safe Access and Fall Protection business delivering compliant barrier safety systems across a wide range of construction environments in both the public and private sectors. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of safety critical solutions from project handover through to completion. Working closely with internal Safety Technicians, Operations, and Sales, the role ensures projects are correctly scoped, scheduled, and installed in line with regulatory standards, program requirements, and client expectations.
Projects range in scale and complexity and often involve coordination across multiple stakeholders including main contractors, specialist subcontractors, installers, consultants, and end users. The Project Manager plays a central role in managing these interfaces and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. This places particular emphasis on accurate planning, coordination, and installer allocation within the Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities- Managing multiple projects concurrently from handover through to completion
- Coordinating with Safety Technicians, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth project delivery
- Producing installation job packs including drawings, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
- Managing delivery schedules, logistics, and installer allocation
- Liaising with clients and maintaining best in class customer service
- Undertaking site visits and inspections where required
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within agreed margins
- Supporting installation teams and resolving site issues as they arise
- Ensuring all handovers and designs are reviewed and approved prior to installation
- Proven experience managing multiple construction related projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of health & safety within construction
- Competent with MS Office packages
- AutoCAD experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Working at height or IOSH qualifications desirable but not essential
- Full product training will be provided.
