Please note: It is strongly preferred that the successful candidate is based within a sensible commute of the South West London showroom, as this role will be split across 3 days per week showroom based and 2 days per week supporting field activity within the London A&D community.

We are partnered with a world renowned, market leading manufacturer of premium bathroom, brassware and sanitaryware solutions. They are now looking to appoint a driven and ambitious Project Specification Support Manager to help strengthen their presence across Central London commercial projects.
This is a structured development opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in specification sales. Working closely with key architects, interior designers and internal stakeholders, you will support live commercial projects, help drive specification activity, and develop the skills and market exposure needed to progress into a fully-fledged field-based Project Specification Manager role over time.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting the promotion of a design driven, premium Bathroom and Sanitaryware portfolio to architects and interior designers.
- Working closely from the South West London showroom 3 days a week and collaborating with the wider commercial team to support specification activity across Central London.
- Building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and project partners across Hospitality and Leisure, Office & Workplace and wider commercial sectors.
- Assisting with the creation and coordination of specifications, quotations, samples, mock ups and project related documentation.
- Supporting live commercial projects from early design stage through to order placement and delivery coordination.
- Helping to manage inbound enquiries, follow up opportunities and maintain momentum across active projects.
- Working closely with procurement teams and internal colleagues to help ensure the full supply chain remains aligned.
- Using CRM to track opportunities, maintain accurate records and report on activity regularly.
- Providing technical and project support to customers and internal teams as required.
- Attending face to face meetings, networking events, exhibitions, design shows and client events to build market exposure and develop confidence within the London A&D community.
- Gradually developing into a more autonomous, field-based specification sales role over time.
Full product and sector training will be provided, along with support from experienced colleagues, structured marketing campaigns and internal lead generation. This role is designed to develop into a fully-fledged Project Specification Manager position over a 12-month period for the right individual.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience within specification support, showroom management, internal sales, estimating, project coordination, design support or a related commercial interiors role.
- Exposure to working with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers or project stakeholders within a specification led environment.
- A genuine interest in design led, premium products and an appreciation for the commercial specification process.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
- A proactive, organised and self-driven approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Commercial awareness and a clear desire to develop into a more client facing, field-based specification sales role over time.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and live project activity while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- Competence with MS Office tools including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, with CRM exposure beneficial.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and the ambition to build a long-term career within the London A&D community.
- Bathroom, Brassware and Sanitaryware experience is advantageous along with a strong understanding of the commercial hospitality sector but not essential. Any strong background within commercial interiors, KBB, surfaces, furniture, lighting or other specification led product sectors will be considered.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £55,000 basic, depending on experience and immediate value added.
