- Possess a strong understanding of relevant fire safety legislation, advocating for the regular review and enhancement of internal procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with current requirements.
- Create, develop and deliver fire engineering solutions and strategies, using both prescriptive and performance-based approaches across a wide range of sectors, and provide clear guidance to clients on regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Oversee and manage fire engineering projects, coordinating resources and tasks to meet programme and budget requirements, while maintaining awareness of project financial performance.
- Produce high-quality technical reports, clearly setting out assumptions, methodologies, bases of design and recommendations.
- Attend and contribute to design team meetings, and liaise with client representatives as required.

- Undertake any other duties within the scope and competence of the role, as reasonably required.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and values.
