Location: Southern Home Counties & South London. It is strongly preferred that the successful candidate is based on the territory which includes Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, and South London and is fully prepared to travel regularly to meet clients face to face.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Securing product specifications with national and regional housebuilders, developers and new build contractors.
- Focusing on major regional developers and volume build programmes, securing long term supply agreements and maintaining consistent product positioning across multiple sites.
- Building strong partnerships with procurement teams to ensure my client's products are included in tender packages and standard house type specifications.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell premium ranges including brassware, furniture and high-end solutions where design differentiation adds value.
- Delivering tailored presentations and CPDs to design teams, specifiers and developer stakeholders.
- Tracking pipeline activity from initial design through to order conversion using the CRM.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying displacement opportunities within the housebuilder channel.
- Providing technical guidance, first line after sales support and coordinating samples for developer schemes.
- Working closely with colleagues across merchant, retail and commercial teams to ensure pricing consistency and supply chain alignment.
- Representing the brand at housing and construction events when required.
- Reporting on market activity, build programmes, tender status and developer insight to support wider sales strategy.
Full product and sector training will be provided, including support from experienced colleagues, structured marketing campaigns and internal lead generation.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience selling to housebuilders, residential developers or specification customers.
- Bathroom experience ideal but a strong residential specification background will also be considered.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence developers and procurement teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience delivering CPDs.
- Good understanding of build stages, design packs, schedules and value engineering pressures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while managing your own territory autonomously.
- Confidence with design led, premium products and an appreciation and understanding for the residential specification process.
- A proactive, organised and self-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- Competence with MS Office tools including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £55,000 – higher basic available D.O.E.
- 20% OTE.
