We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and commercially minded International Field Sales Manager to focus on projects across the UK and internationally, with a strong emphasis on the Central London market.
With over 170 years of heritage in the soft furnishings, fabric, and furniture industry, our client combines creativity, design, and innovation to deliver high-quality, design-led solutions to the commercial interiors sector. Our client is expanding and seeking an additional International Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK and abroad.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and expand market share in Central London and international accounts.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key tier 1 architects, designers, dealers, and furniture manufacturers.
- Identify new market opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Represent the brand professionally and collaborate with the UK and global sales teams to strengthen presence.
- Plan and deliver showroom presentations, training, and client/customer events.
- Provide expert product guidance to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Manage accounts, projects, and CRM activity to track progress and performance.
- Proven success in field sales, preferably in soft furnishings, fabrics, furniture, or related industries operating in the workplace sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset and goal-oriented approach.
- Persistent, proactive, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder at all levels; confident presenting in-person and via social media.
