Are you a design focused specification sales professional with experience promoting commercial interior products to architects and interior designers? We are partnered with a world renowned, market leading manufacturer of premium bathroom and sanitaryware solutions. They are searching for a hungry, driven Project Specification Manager with something to prove, someone who wants to make a real impact driving brand presence and specification success across Central London, with a clear focus on commercial projects. What You Will Be Doing:
- Promoting a design driven, premium Bathroom and Sanitaryware portfolio to architects and interior designers
- Growing existing accounts and securing new business across the Office and Workplace, Hospitality and Leisure and wider commercial sectors
- Becoming a trusted partner to key A&D firms in Central London
- Working closely with project partners and procurement teams, ensuring the full supply chain is aligned
- Creating and driving specifications, coordinating samples and mockups, producing quotations and securing orders
- Building a consistent pipeline through face-to-face meetings, networking events and industry activities
- Using the CRM to track opportunities and reporting regularly
- Providing technical guidance and first line after sales support
- Representing the brand at exhibitions, design shows and client events where required
Full product and sector training will be provided, including support from experienced colleagues, structured marketing campaigns and internal lead generation.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in Specification sales across the Bathroom sector or a closely related commercial interiors product sector.
- A proven track record of developing relationships and securing specifications with architects and designers in London.
- Strong commercial focus with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage at all levels.
- Confidence with design led, premium products and an appreciation and understanding for the specification process
- A proactive, organised and self-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Competence with MS Office tools including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
Bathroom experience is not essential. Any strong specification background within commercial interiors will be considered.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £55,000 – higher basic available D.O.E
- 20% OTE
