What the Role Will Involve
- Developing and growing the distributor network across France and Germany
- Creating and executing ambitious sales and business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Identifying and onboarding new high-potential distributors while deepening relationships with existing partners
- Acting as the technical and commercial expert, providing outstanding pre- and post-sale support
- Creating powerful sales tools, training materials, and presentations that drive product adoption
- Delivering engaging product demonstrations and technical training to distributors and end users
- Building strong relationships with industry associations, surveying bodies, and key stakeholders
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer and distributor experience
What the Company Is Looking For
Language Requirements (Essential)
- Business fluent German with strong C1/C2 French and English, OR
- Business fluent French with strong C1/C2 German and English
Experience & Skills
- Proven sales success in technical products, portable instruments, or building diagnostics
- Solid understanding of distribution sales models and channel management
- Good working knowledge of building surveying, inspection, or the construction/renovation sector
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and confident working independently across a large territory
Desirable
- Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related technical discipline
- Background in timber frame construction or moisture/humidity measurement in buildings
- Interest in continuous monitoring or agricultural applications
