We’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to join a growing business at the forefront of the insulation and building materials sector. Specialising in thermal, acoustic, and fire protection insulation products for floor, wall, and roof applications, this role offers the chance to work with high-quality solutions trusted across the construction industry. You’ll build relationships with Merchant groups and installers while developing your own customer base and driving sales growth. If you’re commercially driven, confident communicating technical products, and eager to grow your career in a fast‑paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Build existing customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction, business retention and cross sales.
- Grow new business by engaging with decision‑making stakeholders within the construction industry.
- Deliver updates via CRM (training will be provided), attend monthly team meetings and prepare reports when required.
- Network at supplier and industry events to promote the brand.
- Build a strong network of industry & sector partners to support business growth and retention.
- Prepare customer proposals and solutions with clear costings and evaluations.
- Achieve sales KPIs set by the management team.
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider sales team, customer operations and logistics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a sales/technical role desirable.
- Charismatic and tenacious approach to telesales.
- Ideally some experience in construction and/or building materials.
- Strong communication, presentation and IT skills.
- Adaptable, self‑driven and team oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment within a high‑growth business.
- Robust organisational skills.
- Must be confident, outgoing, energetic and target driven.
