Are you ready to drive growth in the fast-moving world of cable management? The company is a leading UK and international manufacturer of high-performance cable containment and support systems, trusted across the mechanical and electrical services industry. Its solutions are specified on major construction and infrastructure projects, delivering safe, organised, and efficient cable routing in demanding environments. The business is now looking for a driven and commercially focused Regional Business Manager to take ownership of the Cable Management Division across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and selected European markets. This is a key role that will have a direct impact on regional growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve ambitious growth targets for the Cable Management Division
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and specifiers
- Proactively engage in project identification, specification, and support activities
- Deliver CPD presentations, product training, and design software demonstrations to customers
- Conduct regular site visits and follow up on leads to convert opportunities
- Gather and report on market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support overall divisional growth
Person Specification
- Excellent track record of developing customer relationships and growing regional business within the construction supply chain
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term, effective working relationships with customers
- Well organised, self-motivated, and professional
- Ability to achieve objectives independently, as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills over the telephone and in person with both customers and suppliers
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages would be beneficial, but not essential
- Experience and knowledge of cable management sales and systems would be an advantage
- Must be based in Northern Ireland, with responsibility for covering the Republic of Ireland and the ability to travel across Europe
- Must possess a full driving licence
- Must be eligible and able to prove the right to work in the UK, as the company does not hold a sponsorship licence
