In this role, you will be responsible for designing and detailing facade systems for various building types, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound, and compliant with relevant codes and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: * Develop conceptual and detailed facade designs for commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings. * Produce drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for facade systems using tools like AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, and BIM software. * Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and fabricators to ensure integration of facade systems with overall building design. * Conduct material research and system selection for cladding, glazing, and other exterior components. * Perform thermal, acoustic, and structural performance analysis of facade systems. * Review shop drawings, submittals, and provide technical support during construction phases. * Ensure compliance with building codes, energy performance standards, and sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM). * Prepare project documentation including specification…
