Rates of Pay:
- Mon to Fri Days (06:00 - 18:00): £16.00 (£17.93 inc holiday pay)
- Mon to Fri Nights (18:00 - 06:00): £17.00 (£19.05 inc holiday pay)
- Saturday Days (06:00 - 18:00): £17.50 (£19.61 inc holiday pay)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Class 2 Driver to join our client based in Trafford Park on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent chance for a Class 2 Driver looking to secure a long-term, full-time position with a reputable company.
The role involves driving rigid Class 2 vehicles, all equipped with tail lifts, so previous experience using tail lifts is essential. As a Class 2 Driver, your main duties will include delivering palletised goods to customers using both electric and manual pump trucks. Some deliveries will require unloading items onto a sack truck, so there is an element of manual handling involved.
Our client is very supportive of new drivers. Initially, you will be paired with an experienced driver to help you learn the routes and processes. Once you are confident, you will transition to working independently as a Class 2 Driver.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy early starts, with shifts beginning between 00:00 and 01:00.
